A1 Housing House Rules

To maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for all residents, A1 Housing has the following community guidelines.

No drugs or alcohol allowed on the property

Respect all residents and staff

No violence or threats

Quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Guests allowed only with permission

Residents must participate in chores

Curfew may apply depending on program requirements

Keep shared areas clean

Curfew & Facility Guidelines

Kitchen Curfew

No cooking after 9:00 PM

Laundry Curfew

No laundry after 8:00 PM

General Curfew

No general curfew — residents may come and go at any time
